2021 Spring Season

Hello, this past season was a tough one as everyone had to deal with the pandemic that put the country and the world in a state of chaos.  We truly hope that everyone is well and will continue to be so.  We were able to have a season in 2020 but it was very different than in past years.  We are hoping that the 2021 season will be like the ones we have had in the past.

Registration for the 2021 Spring Season will begin on 11/14/2020.   Online registration is open until February 28.   All registrations are accepted until that date.  On March 1, we will be closing the registration and will only be accepting a limited amount of players until divisions are full.  Once a division is full, you will be placed on a waiting list.  If an opening occurs, you will be contacted to complete the registration process within 72 hours of being contacted.  If you have not completed it by then, we will contact the next name on the list.

If you register before 12/31/20, you will receive a $25.00 discount on the registration fee.  If you register after March 1, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
The registration fee breakdown includes the following:
$125.00 - Registration Fee
$  50.00 - Non-refundable Raffle Ticket Fee for 10 tickets
$    3.00 - Non-refundable Service Fee charged by website manager
$  55.00 - For Second Child (If applicable)
$  50.00 - For Third Child (If Applicable)
$    0.00 - For 4 or more children
$ -25.00 - Discount fee if register prior to 12/31/2020
$  25.00 - Non-refundable late fee, applied after February 28.

Please note that children must be siblings to qualify for reduced rate for more than 1 child being registered.  Cousins do not qualify for the discounted rate.

Raffle tickets will be available at our walk-in registrations or at our "Meet the Manager" day or at the concession stand once the season starts.  Raffle tickets are given 10 per family, not per child and can be sold for $5.00 each.  When you sell them, you keep the money, do not give back to league as they were part of the fee paid when you registered.  Tickets can be turned in at the concession stand and must be in prior to the drawing date listed on them.  It is your responsibility to pick up raffle tickets from the league.

Documentation Required
Below are the documents needed to register for a Little League program.  If you have already uploaded them, it is not necessary to do so again. 

Birth Certificate - You will need to upload a copy of the birth certificate for each child in your account, even if you are not registering them for this season.  This is a change that Little League made to the registration process and we cannot change it.  The birth certificate can be in either "pdf" (preferred) or "jpg" format. 

Proof of Residency -  You can play in the Town of Newburgh Little League if you either reside or if you go to school within our boundaries.  You can verify if you are eligible by going to League Finder and typing in either your home address or the address of the school you attend
