Due to some last minute roster updates, not all managers have been given the rosters as of this date. If you have not yet been contacted about your team, please come to "Meet the Manager" day on March 29 at Meadow Hill School. If you cannot make it that day, then send an email to tonllplayeragent@hvc.rr.com to find out what team you will be a part of. At Meet the Manager you will hear some important information about the league, find out who the board of directors are, and get to know the manager of the team.

We hope to see everyone there....

Final dates for walk-in registrations for the 2008 season have been posted below. February 23, 2008 is the last walk-in registration date. After that date the only way to register is on-line. If you are not registered by February 28, 2008, you will be placed on a waiting list until there is an opening in the division you are eligible for. Click here to register on-line. Walk-in Registration

Walk-in registration dates have now been set for the 2008 season. We will only be accepting cash or check at the walk-in registrations. All walk-in registrations will be held at the Town of Newburgh Little League Complex located on Lakeside Road in the Town of Newburgh.

	Last walk-in registration dates for the 2008 season. Use online registration until February 28,2008. After that date you will be placed on a waiting list.

Refund Policy

If for some reason your child will not be playing next season after you register you must notify the board in writing asking for a refund. Please state why you are asking for the refund in the letter.

No refunds will be given after February 15, 2008

Special Requests

If you would like to make a request to have your child move up/down to a different division than what they are supposed to be in or if you would like them placed with a certain manager/coach, they MUST be written in our request book at a walk-in registration or an email sent to tonllplayeragent@hvc.rr.com or tonllspecialrequest@hvc.rr.com to be considered. Special requests are not guaranteed.

No special requests will be taken after February 28,2008.

This applies to the following divisions only:

T-Ball
Instructional
Minor

*Requests to be placed with a Manager and/or Coach are only valid for T-Ball & Instructional Divisions only

2008 Registration Fees

TBall (Age 5 - 6) Instructional (Age 7 - 8) Minors (Age 9 - 10) Major (Age 11 - 12) Junior (Age 13 - 14) Senior (Age 15 - 16)

Prices are as follows :

$155.00 1 child
$190.00 2 children
$225.00 3 or more children

The fee includes a $60.00 assessment fee. This fee is returned to the family at the end of the season if they have put in 4 hours of work at our complex. The work required is in the form of either field work on scheduled days or working in our concession stand during the season.

Big league (Age 17-18)

$175.00

There is no discount for multiple children in the league nor is there an assessment fee asociated with the Big League program. The cost help to cover the cost of the uniforms, umpires and travel for the team.
