For on-line registration, click on link in menu to the left. Only credit cards accepted for on-line registration. There is also an additional fee imposed by the hosting site of the registration.

Any special requests must be made as soon as possible. Send a note to tonllplayeragent@gmail.com for any requests you may have. Requests are not guaranteed. Scroll down this page for more information.

Players age 6, 8, or 10 are eligible to be moved up to the next division if a request is made. Refer to this document for more information:

Division Age Groups

If the player is to be moved up a Special Request must be made prior to February 26, 2012. If no request is made, the child will not be considered for moving up. Tryouts will be held for players wanting to move from Instructional to Minor Baseball and for Minor Baseball to Major Baseball. If you do not attend the tryout, you will not be moved up.
The tryout date has been set for those players wanting to be moved from Instructional (age 8) to Minor Baseball and from Minor Baseball (Age 10) to Major Baseball. The tryouts will be held at Extra Innings in Wappinger Falls. Time and date of the tryout isas follows:

Walk-in Registration

Walk-in registration dates have now been set for the 2012 season. We will only be accepting cash or check at the walk-in registrations. All walk-in registrations will be held at the Town of Newburgh Little League Complex located on Lakeside Road in the Town of Newburgh.

Refund Policy

If for some reason your child will not be playing next season after you register you must notify the board in writing asking for a refund. Please state why you are asking for the refund in the letter.

No refunds will be given after February 15, 2012

Special Requests

If you would like to make a request to have your child move up/down to a different division than what they are supposed to be in or if you would like them placed with a certain manager/coach, they MUST be written in our request book at a walk-in registration or an email sent to tonllplayeragent@gmail.com to be considered. Special requests are not guaranteed.

No special requests will be taken after February 26, 2012.

*Requests to be placed with a Manager and/or Coach are only valid for T-Ball & Instructional Divisions only

The fee includes a $60.00 assessment fee. This fee is returned to the family at the end of the season if they have put in 4 hours of work at our complex. The work required is in the form of either field work on scheduled days or working in our concession stand during the season.

This year we will have a $25.00 fundraiser fee. We will be giving a book of 5 raffle tickets to each family. We will hold a drawing during the season for the winners.

Big league (Age 17-18) - Not offered for 2012 in the Town of Newburgh. If interested please send email to tonllpresident@gmail.com

There is no discount for multiple children in the league nor is there an assessment fee asociated with the Big League program. The cost help to cover the cost of the uniforms, umpires and travel for the team.
