Registration for the 2010 season has ended. We still have limited openings so if you want to play this season you must submit your information to our waiting list. Click the link at the left of this page for the information that is needs to be submitted.

We are still in need of managers and umpires for the upcoming season. If you are interested please let us know.
We have rescheduled the final walk in date for the 2010 season due to the storm that hit our area. The final walk in registration date is now Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the TONLL complex. We will still take any one who registers on this date.
Be sure to make a special request if you want your ballplayer moved up to Minor baseball or Major baseball. The tryout date for this move has been rescheduled also to March 7, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. at Extra Innings in Wappinger Falls. If they are not at the tryouts, they will not be moved up to the next division.
We apologize for any problems these changes may cause but the storm that hit the area has forced us to make them. If you have any questions please send an email to tonllpresident@hvc.rr.com or come to the registration on Saturday. We will try to answer any questions you may have.

Players age 6, 8, or 10 are eligible to be moved up to the next division if a request is made. Refer to this document for more information:
If the player is to be moved up a Special Request must be made prior to February 26, 2010. If no request is made, the child will not be considered for moving up. Tryouts will be held for players wanting to move from Instructional to Minor Baseball and for Minor Baseball to Major Baseball. If you do not attend the tryout, you will not be moved up.
The tryout date hs been set for those players wanting to be moved from Instructional (age 8) to Minor Baseball and from Minor Baseball (Age 10) to Major Baseball. The tryouts will be held at Extra Innings in Wappinger Falls. Walk-in registration dates have now been set for the 2010 season. We will only be accepting cash or check at the walk-in registrations. All walk-in registrations will be held at the Town of Newburgh Little League Complex located on Lakeside Road in the Town of Newburgh.

If for some reason your child will not be playing next season after you register you must notify the board in writing asking for a refund. Please state why you are asking for the refund in the letter.

If you would like to make a request to have your child move up/down to a different division than what they are supposed to be in or if you would like them placed with a certain manager/coach, they MUST be written in our request book at a walk-in registration or an email sent to tonllplayeragent@hvc.rr.com or tonllspecialrequests@hvc.rr.com to be considered. Special requests are not guaranteed. No special requests will be taken after February 28, 2010. This applies to the following divisions only:

The fee includes a $60.00 assessment fee. This fee is returned to the family at the end of the season if they have put in 4 hours of work at our complex. The work required is in the form of either field work on scheduled days or working in our concession stand during the season. This year we have also added a $25.00 fundraiser fee. We will be giving a book of 5 raffle tickets to each family. We will hold a drawing during the season for the winners. This past season we ran into problems with our fields due to all the rain we had. We are trying to raise the money so we can continue to provide good playing fields and a good program for the kids that particpate. Big league (Age 17-18)
There is no discount for multiple children in the league nor is there an assessment fee asociated with the Big League program. The cost help to cover the cost of the uniforms, umpires and travel for the team. |
